Challenge
Coral Group, a newly formed mangement business, oversees the operation
of several gasoline stations in the midwest.
To build rapport with current and novice employees, the client sought
a device that would streamline staff responsiblities and operating procedures
in each location.
Solution
CSMG
collaborated with a material specialist to design a board durable enough
to hold pocket folders, yet flexible in categorical adaptability. Strategically
placed next to punch clock, "The Winning Zone" is the catalyst
for communication between management and employee shifts. Categories
found on the board include: work schedules, staff responsibilities,
sales graphs and goals, employee of the month, maintenance reports,
time cards and an erasable message center. The result has provided a
systematic culture allowing station employees to be comfortable and
interchangable at any one of the station locations.
